Who is behind MiaBriedisFit?
My name is Mia Briedis. I’m a certified personal trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) with a decade of AFL football experience across multiple levels, giving me a semi-elite athletic background. I love fitness and am committed to doing everything I can to help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.

Exclusive Services
Weekly Hybrid Coaching — a flexible, semi-private alternative to one-on-one training.
I spend about 20 hours a week in the gym providing in-person assistance and hands-on support. You’ll have full access to my coaching app to follow and log workouts, track progress, and connect apps like MyFitnessPal for streamlined nutrition tracking. You’ll also join a community group where you can ask questions, share progress, and get support from others. This program requires a 12-week commitment.
1:1 coaching at Anytime Fitness Pascoe Vale is provided on a per‑session basis unless we agree to a different arrangement. Each session is private and uninterrupted, conducted with me directly to focus fully on your goals. You receive a tailored, science‑based plan to help you reach your goals, with me logging and tracking your progress for you. This option does not include access to my training app and is not a subscription — you simply pay for the individual sessions you book.
This is an online coaching program. You’ll get full access to my training app with a personalised workout plan tailored to your goals, ongoing progress tracking and adjustments, weekly check-in calls to review progress, and a community group chat as well as a private direct chat where you will be able to ask questions and receive support from both. Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
